Yes, there is a process with the SEC. The SEC is there to protect investors like us. They are on our side. However, with all of the stocks being traded, you can well imagine that they can not sit there and watch every trade. So it is only on occasion that they blow the whistle on these MM shananigans, sort of like an IRS audit.

However, what the SEC does is provide an avenue for us investors to make a formal complaint, and then they make an investigation. They do have a web page that describes the process, don't have the URL right now, but I don't need a web page. I am going to sit down with them personally.
