Since the T1.413 standard has a few companies seemly held hostage, perhaps Pat might give Ollie North a call! ;^) I believe Orckit or Amati will win the VDSL standard, but I by no means have any clue as to what's going on in the VDSL standards issue. From all I've read, these two comapnies seem to be the furthest along in development of a technology worthy of a VDSL standard. JW@KSC
