SGI was mentioned negatively on Buy Sell or Hold (CNBC) on 3/25/96
as heading for Sixteen. An article on California Proposition 201
(which would hinder shareholder actions) used as an example a class
action suit, filed just before Congress overturned Clinton's veto of
a federal law limiting shareholder actions, against SGI for its
CEO's alleged overenthusiastic forecasts as misrepresentations
injuring and damaging shareholders. What's going on here? Have
SGI's earnings been overstated? Is there any good news? Help.
