Closed meetings are used by regulatory agencys to privately discuss enforcement, disciplinary, criminal, and remedial actions arising from violations of law and regulations. Thus, at least for now, it seems that the SEC has found no cause for initiating any further action against our beloved Corporation. Hawkeye's health fine. Too bad Hawkeye not get to bask in Hollywood Fla. sunshine with Freddy. Hawkeye been losing too much hair on top. Freddy scalp make good cover.
