I'm not surprised...I'be been shorting TXB from around 6+.

It's always been my opinion that "birds of a feather flock together". I was concerned about TXB's management's links with Zonagen and their past associations with David Blech (sleazy stock tout extraordinaire).

I was never concerned that they had a "real" drug under their belt...however, it took FDA rejection (that "defining event" that you described) before the stock was dumped.
