That was quick!!

I received a call from Ken Simonis, Director of Sales, a little after noon today.

As would be expected, he was not exactly overjoyed with the write up in the Stock Detective. He feels the Stock Detective focused only on the negative while ignoring any and all positive aspects of ETMP's business activities.

Ken went on to say there are several pending developments at ETMP. They are working on a merger/acquisition with a Colorado based company that makes a car seat which converts to a stroller. The merger/acquisition will be done primarily with ETMP stock. He also said a secondary offering is in the works for a little later this year. Ken said it is ETMP's goal to have a NASDAQ listing by the end of this year.

I really do wish them luck but I don't see how a NASDAQ listing can happen, IMO. One of the requirements is a market cap of $50 million. With ETMP's present price, around $3, and outstanding shares, about 4.3 mil., their market cap is only around $13 million. Another requirement is a stock price equal to or greater than $5. With the additional shares issued for the merger and secondary offering I don't see any way for them to get over $5 any time soon. Hopefully they know something I don't.
