It was a shareholder voting form with invitation to the shareholder meeting in Atlanta on 05/14/98. There was also a copy of their financial statements. This was for holders of 04/06/98 and before. The financial statement was very professionally down and was impressive. Hope that helped. I would call Schwab and give them hell. The vote has to be in by 05/14/98.
