Jim, Bill I have some feed back from Canada that indicates that fiberoptics backbone that would be laid would be to the curb. Similar but less of a defined things are coming from England. Keep in mind that none of the above is confirmed but if it is true does not that mean that adsl might meet the same fate as isdn that is the network are going to be designed for vdsl at the time of actual implementation in 98.
