15:08 ET MSU Corp (MUCP) 1 1/4 -1/16 (-11%): After the close Friday, American Interactive Media announced that it has licensed for MSU "Slipstream" Internet technology including Slipstream ISP Processor, hardware, software and associated browser. Terms of the restricted stock and cash license fee consideration were not disclosed at the time. However, Dow Jones reports today that company agreed to pay MUCP 500,000 shares and $1.5 mln to license the product, which puts the potential value of the deal at $4 mln vs MUCP's 1997 revenues of $1.48 mln. While 231K shares of this bulletin board stock have traded today, its 47 cent, or 37%, spread make it virtually illiquid.Remove Navigation
