A few light questions? As long as they're not too heavy :-)
Do I believe in one God?
You mean as opposed to a Sun god, and Moon god, and the God Wine?
Yes, but I do believe that each of our souls is a piece of god whose main purpose is to evolve to the point where it can reunite with god.
So, Yes I do believe in one God, but I also believe that he resides in all of us.

Is he personal or Impersonal?
I am looking for a personal relationship with God without intermediary
of any person or religous ritual in between. As I said earlier, I think our souls are pieces of god, so I would also say he/she is personal in nature.

Do I feel that God is in everything?
Everything is too loose of a word. I believe that God is in all of us.
I believe that God can accessed through communal with nature. I am not sure if God is in nature, so to speak. I guess the answer is I dont know.

How do I explain Evil and where does it come from?

The easy short answer is Fear. I do believe that there are only two pure emotions. Love and Fear. I think that evil is a response to fear.
I do think that evil is hard to define. Much of what people call evil is really a matter of perspective. Of course there are actions that are evil, regardless of perspective, but that is quite a lengthy and involved conversation. (do we have to go back to wife beating?:-) )
