Then the way to handle issues is to identify the problem and come up with a solution. Example - Problem: shareholders need to know the shares issued to make a reasonable decision about our investment in FAMH. Possible Solution: shareholders form a group which represents a significant share percentage and they vote that the company release this information to shareholders by a formal news release before a particular date and on again on a periodic schedule. Maybe this won't force the company to take the intended action, but it sure will get their attention while not destroying shareholder value. What do you think? Terry
