Notredame- I have not regressed the DOW and NN, so I am not sure to what extent they co-vary. What is interesting, however, is that the "seasonal" effect in NN from late April to early May almost always fades around the 9th of May (give or take a day depending on weekends, etc.). These fading prices are likely do to the information lull which occurs between the end of InterOP and the beginning of SuperCom / release of NN's earnings in early June. In the absence of news, many speculators likely take profits (which would explain pullbacks on light volume).

As such, I could see us trapped in a trading range between $33 on the upside and $29-30 on the downside until further news becomes available. I think it will take an analyst upgrade or another contract announcement to break out to the upside or an earnings warning (God forbid) to break to the downside. I could see a re-test of $30 if the market gets weak (today's action in the DOW and NASDAQ was not encouraging), but if we hold there, I think it's a good place to add to the good old NN position.
