The outcome is not determined. Because of his love he gave us a choice. It would not be love if he did not. Because of this choice we are free to reject G-d, and many have. Having fear of an all loving G-d, who has the power to create life, and also who is sinless is natural. If I met the President or Pope, I would have apprehension. Meeting the sovereign G-d would certainly cause me a moment of fear. I will address this more later this evening or tomorrow as I have a date with my wife, and the sitter is here.
