OOPS - Sorry to send you on a wild goose chase. The FTC approval info was in private email I received, not on the thread. I believe that the info is accurate, it said
'Proxy mtg set, FTC approval was may 6'. I don't know why there is no public info if this stmt is correct... maybe because SEC has not yet approved. But the shareholders vote must be at least 30 days after the FTC approval, so I think we can assume it's a done deal based on the proxy.
