I will say this, my major concern is that somehow the entire ICMX acquisition will be undone due to the restricted nature of the shares. I don't know if that's possible, or how it would be done. One thing for sure, they (ICMX shareholders) may be the deciding factor on whether we own stock in a company or just a Huttoe family entitlement program. If it's the latter, I think a visit to "cousin" Charlie for room and board would only be proper.
