Yes it would. But it's the NASDQ that approves for small cap! What we want is a statement from the SEC prior to 11:59 on May 14, 1998, stating that : "Upon consultation with the officers of Solucorp Industries and its attorneys, The Commission has determined that all of the questions raised by the Commission's staff are fully and satisfactorily answered by the Company in its initial filings with this Commission." If this notice were located in the paper somewhere near Freddy's obituary that would be even better.
