Right, Ira reads the thread, and, in fact, one day last week indicated something to the effect that he was considering the suggestions. He also said he "has long sleeves." Well he better pull something out like a big ole fat rabbit to redeem himself for recent snafus.
Questions, Ira, that need to be settled tomorrow must focus also on the facts of the reported or intimated SEC submission.
1. Why the delay?
2. Has the report in fact been submitted or not?
3. If so, then on what dates was it sent and rec'd by SEC? If not, a full and satisfactory explanation is req'd.
4. Why did no one at FAMH not know that it wasn't, or couldn't be (because of SEC review time for initial submissions), going to Edgar on the 4th?
Just the facts, please. And, these kinds of questions and the ones posed by Laz today cannot be handled by Anna Love on Thursday's CC. (God save us all.)
I still have all my shares at an average of .54 and I want this rec'd as a constructive post, but answers and action are required--stat. TIA Ira and everyone trying to support this investment.
