Ira's last post Friday: "status on share buy-back and other plans to violently shake the trees next week!!!!!!!! " Whoa man! And those trees are a shakin'! Shares are in those trees and many are a droppin'. Many here are discussing the issue of share issuance while Ira talks about share buy-backs. What good is a even mentioning a buy-back when no one knows the shares outstanding. Is Ira manipulating his stock price by suggesting to the thread and the cyberworld of a 1 for 4 "exchange", knowing darn well it will cause confusion and mayhem among shareholders and dropping the price? Then at some point, maybe this week, FAMH will start buying back shares in earnest in a big way, at lower than issued prices? Is Ira playing a game, and hoping in the end shareholders will love him for the strategy? Could this backfire due to legality? Can the head of a company make statements to solely effect the stock price down for buy-back purposes? Well, I think his staunchest supporters may have the inside scoop on what's going on because this currently looks like a mess! Ira's appearance here has really got me scratching my head. I bought a week ago with risk capital. I can't believe anyone would have this as a core holding without knowing Ira's angle at this point and time. Maybe LE works for Ira. That's it! LE is the "tree shaker" to help facilitate buy-backs! Notice how the staunch supporters are stepping aside. They will be with Ira picking the shares off of the floor! Now you know if I knew this I'd be right with them. ;) It's a wonderful life here on the BB! Buddy (aka numb-nut)
