zj: Have heard nothing re: LVLT being sued...Do know that Crowe got some of the former MSF folks to join him. As an aside - GTE (which I also own) is suing WCOM over the MCI deal (which GTE lost out). Waste of good money IMO. Don't think I would worry about a suit...hard to make a case at law that - people can't work where they want. Breaking an employment contract might be something else...but, tough to prove damages.
