I'm thinking of establishing an account using MBLite and Level II, but noticed under the fee schedule that the $50 fee for Level II includes "a Level II feed, [but] not a Level II screen." Can someone tell me exactly what this means and what, if anything, I need to do to be able to use Level II with MBLite. Sorry in advance if this is a dumb question, but am just starting out. Thank.
