From Yahoo thread: (NOT MY COMMENTS)

Just listened to the conference call. Reason for drop in Revenue was that customers from IC Verify and customers from Cybercash waited to see what impact their merger would have on their (customers) operations. The heads of CYCH and IC Verify spent much of the last month reassuring them that it would have a positive impact and as of now most customers are increasing their business back to CYCH. Also, there was $200,000 of deferred rev. not reported in the #s that were released. Also in the #s were some reorganizational charges from the IC Verify merger. Though not specific, they said there were many more new customer announcements to be made in Q2. Integration of IC Verify should take under 6 months. (H&Q analyst asked if it would take 6 months or 12 to 18 months). All in all, sounded very upbeat.
