GOOD MORNING SHAREHOLDERS. THE MEETING IN BOSTON WENT AS EXPECTED. VERY WELL!!! THE MEETING STARTED AT 2 P.M. AND WENT UNTIL 5 P.M. . A SECOND MEETING WAS THEN HELD AT 6 P.M. TO DISCUSS THE PREVIOUS MEETING. AT BOTH MEETINGS IT WAS MADE APPARENT TO ALL PARTIES (SHAREHOLDER REPRESENTATIVES) INVOLVED THAT THE ROUTE WE HAVE TAKEN IS THE CORRECT PATH TOWARD ANY POSSIBLE RECOVERY. WE DO HAVE A SMALL ITEM TO ADDRESS TODAY. THE SHAREHOLDERS PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN IN A "HOLDING PATTERN" FOR THREE WEEKS HAVE BEEN PRINTED AND ARE NOW BEING PACKAGED AND WILL BE MAILED ON 5/12/98 CONT.
