With the price and activity on friday, and the annual meeting comming the conversion may have already completed. Does anyone know anything? Quite unusual to see 260K of DTEC traded on Friday with 0 today, and 0 shares of PHOX traded today. I don't think I've ever seen that much of a swing in trade activity without news, and the price of both just keep heading north. Was trading possibly halted? I havent heard anthing, but good. As for conversion of dtec to phox it was supposed to have occurred earlier, but was not. The last word was it (the conversion) would be done within a couple of months, and that was around 60 days ago. From what I can understand of the Annual meeting package, the conversion will not affect the amount of phox shares. Apparently Dtec shareholders will recieve 75 or so percent of the outstanding shares of PHOX in exchange for their shares. That seems like real good news. No dilution leaves the float around 2.5mil. If estimates are correct on earnings this could be a real rags to riches story. Things seem to be panning out.
