Brent, MBTrading has a multi-layered support system. This thread is one part of it. I would suggest reading through the thread when you get a chance.

The #MBTrading support channel is now utilized by many MBTraders and it provides even more depth to the client support program.

I suggest you visit it and see what you think. It gives all of us unprecedented access to our broker.

If you skip back a few posts you can get directions.

In the Mbtrading office, there are some savvy folks who really know there way around the computers, the software, and most importantly the trading desk.

I think I got the best broker on earth.

This is serious business, so I would suggest you go ahead and exhaust yourself learning everything you can about what you are getting yourself into.
