Bad Coffee: this may not have anything to do with what went on today but mentioning it can't hurt! This morning on a business channel (I watch alot of them) I think it was CNBC they were talking about junk bonds and that 2/3 of the junk bonds were held by the telecomunications sector,and if interest rates go up how much it will hurt that sector, and why you don't want to be there. Well while talking about it they had a close up of a man speaking on a phone, yep a NEXTEL phone and they zoomed in on the name of the phone and showed the NEXTEL name what seemed to me for like an eternity! at least 3 seconds.this did not sit well with me from the get go. They did not have to show the NEXTEL name but chose to do so, Nextel didn't have that much exsposure when it traded 39million shares! Now I don't know who else saw this but what do you make of it? man someone is gunning for Nextel big time in my opinion! On the positive side N has a ad in the Bridgeport post with com-tronics inc. prices starting at $179 D.C. numeric paging free carrycase & cigarette plug unit, first ad in lower Fairfield county Ct. paper. jimmyo up early!
