Ditch, No I got no answer, why do you think I did? Maybe you know something the rest of don't know? It is RIDICULOUS to think a penny stock can be quantitatively valued at some finite number like $0.03 a share, or $0.035 a share. The stock today alone moved by 20% (from $.028 to $.034). Good thing no one hammered out a firm unmovable price, because that 20% would have really thrown them for a loop! If you think it can be and should be done, why don't you quantitatively work out a value and post it? Colin
