June 2 is correct, but more importantly they are being bought out by Ligand Pharma (LGND) for $30 mil now in stock and cash, plus $37 mil later if FDA approval is received with 2 years (I think it 2 years). Announcement was made near the close today; seems with 27 mil+ shares outstanding the stock should be trading near $1 or higher based on the $30 mil.
