How come every time a stock has a big move one way or the other everybody thinks some big news is coming. The stock dropping today means jack shit. Somebody said that maybe someone knows something about earnings as being a reason for the drop. Thats a bunch of nonsense talk. Ive seen so many stocks go up before earnings and everybody says that the (people in the know ) have the scoop that good earnings are going to be reported. Then guess what, earnings come out and they stink, the stock gets clobbered. One recent example is western digital a couple of weeks ago. Ive also seen stocks drop before earnings and boom the earnings are better than expected. Anyone owning this stock should not be looking for instant gratification. It takes time to turn things around. By the end of the year everyone will look back at this stock and say man it sure was cheap at 12 per share. There is way too much babble about how bad the company advertises and what have you. If you look at the facts you will see a company with insider buying by high up officers, inventory problem that is not going to be there forever, etc, etc. Anyone fool selling at these prices and not adding to their position is making a big mistake.
