re - 'cut throat'

I don't see how offering an excellent product at a fair price is 'cut throat', unless you think that DELL should follow the current scheme of charging the 'maximum' amount for everything that you can, because you are the only provider! I certainly am comfortable with DELLs JIT-BTO model, and from the performance of the stock, it seems to me that investors are pretty happy also. JMHO however.
