Read the Montey Fools site on Summit. I think with royalty and the contact lens mail order alone it is worth around $5 a share? I think it is foolish in general to sue because a stock has gone down. People know what they are getting into when they buy a stock. I am just a small time stock holder and I still voted NO on 211 because I think there are too many lawsuit going around hurting everyone the shareholders, workers, .....
