Ram,

They are all lagging...This sector is presently way out of favor...Is the problem real? Certainly!....Has the private sector completed it's efforts in becoming Y2k compliant? No way! Have government agencies fully completed their respective Y2k work? Get real! Once you step outside of the US it only gets worse in terms of procrastination and denial... We need a real life Y2k disaster that will bring to life the gravity of the situation... I can understand the profit taking in the service providers as they have had a tremendous run over the past year...I understand the investment community is concerned about "life after Y2k" in regards to some of the tool vendors...but I believe companies like SEEC and CRYSF and SPNSF will be very busy up until the year 2000 and beyond...With .46 on the books SEEC is now selling at 28x trailing earnings, with triple digit income and revenue growth...Ditto for CRYSF...I too have too much SEEC for my own good but after todays #'s and CC, and late day dip...I went back for more...Wake me up in 6 months when the panic hits and my investments have doubled :-)

Good Luck,

john
