I agree with you James. Great Potential but,

"The chief snag in the widespread use of fuel cells is, appropriately, fuel.
Hydrogen is the most efficient and clean fuel. A transit bus running all day on hydrogen fuel emits roughly a single glass of water. But hydrogen tanks are bulky and a huge infrastructure would be required for refilling. That's why carmakers such as Chrysler are working on small, on-board extractors that would remove hydrogen from gasoline. Daimler-Benz, Toyota and GM are also looking at devices that extract hydrogen from methanol.

None of this thrills environmentalists, because fuel-cell-powered cars that use gasoline or methanol would emit carbon monoxide, a greenhouse gas, albeit at about half the rate of a conventional piston engine. ""

Thats why a Bike with hydrogen stored in the frame is a good alternative since you don't need alot of hydrogen. You can store a hydrogen bottle in your garage and get it replaced, similiar to a milk or water delivery service. Although as long as the hydrogen is inexpensive.

>>> Ballard may be a have great potential, but if I owned it & believed in TA, I'd be a little concerned.
