Buy junior biotechs just like to buy HOPE. Most of the times not the stock not active and suddenly ...booooom. I don't like BNC's management, CTI capital followed this company (Investor Digest -March 27). Their lead product Regressin treated bladder cancer. I made some money before, I'm thinking of buy back @ 60 cents range. IMT- most trades today less than 8000. Not much block trades. Exciting news but the research may not produce new drug. Another cancer drug NVO back to 90 cents now.
