Bruce, not only you drag me here kicking (VBG), but then you want free advice? Seriously, before I draw a long range plan for any client, I spend quite a lot of time studying the market, the potential threats (both technical and marketing, and in this case, financial) and the various opportunities. Having said that, one thing that PLFM should do is concentrate and stick to their knitting, they are barely solvent, but they spawn divisions on division as if they had oodles of green stuff to throw at each division. If indeed the AR system has the most promise, concentrate your financial and management resources at this opportunity, do not start and become a "conglomerate" based on all the possible applications of the technology. The most important thing for a business is CUSTOMERS and they must be persuaded that they have your full attention. Zeev
