I don't question the fact that BA has been slow to roll out ADSL or that RBOCs have many internal obstacles they face (such as loop qualifications) that have not been overcome speedily. However, Hiram's post seems to indicate that BA is not deploying ADSL on purpose or they have no real intention to deploy the service.

I know for a fact that is wrong. Lets just say a friend or two works for the company. BA is working very hard to try and roll out ADSL. Sometimes that is all that needs to be said:)
