According to Cynthia, Earnings should be released this week either after Wed or Thurs close.

Very curious trading last week. Several large block transfers just prior to the upward advance. Largest at 6 1/8 for 60,000 shares. A few interesting points. Last May, just prior to release (two) 60 k blocks traded at 2.625. This marked the start of the eventual advance to 10.00. Was this an exist after a 1 year hold or an increase or coincidence. There's more. Just prior to q2 release in 97 CEO M. Hasfari was in the US promoting EDUSOFT software and Edusoft to several investment groups ;I think this was his first visit here. Guess who was in the USA on a promotional tour last week.
Was this an annual event, or coincidence. Don't want to sound hypish and I certainly wouldn't speculate on this. Just curious.

Also heard that the 10k is in the draft mode, am at least hoping for a release in June as required my SEC. Foreign entities have a six month filing period for 10k. I find numerous reasons within the 10K to buy EDUSOFT.
I'm optimistic about Edusoft.

2. has real earnings
3. has growth
4. has good management!!
5. has solid fundamentals

EDUSF has all

My interest in q2 lies mainly in the forward statements.
Know a lot a excitement about future releases within the company.
