Maybe you should take another look at the posting Adrian made on Mar 11 (38 of 44) ... as well as the 1996 Annual Report and subsequent quarterlies ... there doesn't seem to be as much focus on their magnetics business as I would like (sideline businesses include bicycles and crude oil, for example) and I get a sense of a "dealer" mentality on the part of management here, as well (reverse takeovers, ASE, Cayman Islands and the like). Throw in the fact that the management and operations of this company are still primarily based in Hungary, and you have a very suspicious marketplace for their shares, particularly when there is yet another "delay" in producing financials. This seems to be a never-ending story with this company, and credibility will suffer. So will the share price.
