<<<Let us assume the worst. The company is a scam.>>>

Well, does FAMH act that way? Evasive? Making false promises? Failing to meet their own reporting deadlines?

Oh, I forgot... people have actually seen their offices. Just like in "The Sting"... must be making big profits, then.

<<<<Why would they want to be listed? >>>>

They aren't going to be listed anytime soon.

<<<Why would they want to put themselves in
a position where they can be readily scrutinized?>>>>

Good point. Could be why they avoid it so well !

<<<How many BB companies provide detailed audited
financials?>>>>

A few. This one might even do it someday.

<<<<Here another question: how many people do you
know that trash stock that they own?>>>>

I don't see the actions of Forest Gump, et al. as being "trashing"... asking for a share count is trashing? Asking for an accounting of earnings is trashing?

I suppose they should just sit still and wait six more months to see if the financials (promised since November, I'll look up the post if you like) actually come out?

If their actions are "trashing," I'd love to see what happens when a Nasdaq listed stock quits issuing financials, share counts, etc. I'm sure all the company president would have to do is say "trust us, we're making money, and the share count shouldn't concern you" and the stock wouldn't drop a cent.
