Micheal,
Regarding your statement " if however the right information is released to indicate this may be a great discovery I may be into the stock".How can you assume that Tusk stock will be available at this level or lower if such an announcement is made?
If during testing results are spectacular we will see this reflected in the stocks price by the privileged who have access to the information and start buying .
Assuming this scenario unfolds Tusk will start to creep up towards a new 52 week high and you will not have purchased because you are waiting for the right information.
If and when the spectacular results are released after the market closes the stock would probably gap up significantly and the price to participate in this discovery would be at a level outside your comfort zone.
My point is that there rarely is a green light flashing to indicate the correct time to purchase any stock.
