Actually, the press release says "proposed" 300 to 1 reverse split. Don't know if the use of that particular word - proposed - is or isn't significant. Using that word, however, indicates IMHO that it isn't a done deal. They obviously didn't state further acquisition details as they haven't completed (as suggested by the release) everything yet (revised/new filing/review pertaining to the previously mentioned "stock option plan", warrants, ?, etc.)
