What a waste of a PR! It says nothing except 'we are stalling for more time to figure out how to take all of the shareholder's money.' This delay has been incurred due to an administrative process that has taken longer than anticipated. Could it be that the actions here on SI and other places on the internet have put a monkey wrench in things? Management's actions, including the recently proposed 300-1 reverse split and the recent private placement financing were deemed necessary to make CVIA sufficiently attractive for a new business opportunity.
