I believe all your points are correct. One more that you could add is that this stock is not likely to go anywhere for possibly the next 1-2 years under the companies present management. The only way to increase shareholder value is to sell the companies assets to another in a merger or buyout scenario. I believe that is what Teo would like to see happen with this company. Otherwise, this stock may sit at 10 for another two years or may never rise in value. We all know that an inept company management can completely trash a company in a fairly short time. This is especially true in a business sector as competitive as the semiconductor business. The longer the company lacks credibility, the harder it will be to ever regain strength.
