I'd look at the ADRX $35 puts for any period 90 days or less out. A lot of euphoria is left in this stock. However, the MDIX lawsuit, which is going to be a killer for ADRX, and talk of an interesting class action securities suit will take some of the steam out of that stock. It's due for a run to $27 anyway. I was interviewed by a biotech rag last Friday for an article on patents in health care technologies. The investigator for the reporter, located in Michigan, says that a class action suit against ADRX is perculating and will be filed within 10 days. So, if nothing else, the odds of some air escaping ADRX are pretty good.
