Besides being able to show where money comes from and goes to, besides ACSY having fewer than 12 million shares, besides one of the two having audited financials and a Nasdaq listing, besides one of them being respectable enough for analysts other than the anonymous Undervalued Dog (woof!) to follow, besides one of them chopping margins through acquiring failing companies... You're right. These companies are exactly the same.
