It's not babelfish's translation, he's likely translated it directly from a book. I think the declension 'dieser' is wrong, but don't know for sure, it's been a Jahrhundert since I spoke it. But 'warenbestand' means inventory, and should be singular, if it's feminine that's 'diese'. And 'Gebst der kreig, ist kaput!' - that sounds like some drunken kind of Plattsdeutsch. Maybe his plane came down kinda hard one time.
