I think its called wash trading or something. There hasn't been enough liquidity for anyone to short that many shares. Plus it appears, when the occasional bid comes in someone fills it instantly. The promoters with the cheap stock watch it like Hawks waiting for prey. My guess is the insiders and the so called promoters have created this illusion to have something in their market to point to. This is a desperate attempt to find a buyer/sucker for a few shares. This is only my opinion however, do your own DD.

This deal is a classic VSE style rip off. Forbes or ABC should plant hidden cameras in the GPW office as a follow up to their Scam Capital of the World stories.
