But, the networking industry could get pretty wacky in the next 6 months. I would have to agree with you on that position for two reasons: 1.) Mega-mergers are happening all over the place in various industries, which leads me to my second reason... 2.) Lucent is on the hot trail looking for someone big to acquire. If they don't pick ASND, then ASND will be battling two titans: Cisco and Lucent. Therefore, they will most likely attempt to grab their niche (which I feel is ATM & Frame Relay) and hold on with a vengence. FORE would definetely help them fulfill this, IMO JRH
