AMAT gets so much good press in the popular stock mags that I think it's very unlikely to be the best buy in the sector. I doubt whatever they say will affect the stock price much. For the rest of the sector I expect we'll see a slide of boredom. People talk about investing long term, but if the upside is really 9 months away...well, why not hold something else for 3 months and get back in later....I'm hoping for a bottom in a month or so from this type of thinking.
