John---- we have many many people on this thread.
Some have called.
Some have emailed.
Some have tried to IM Ira on AOL.

He never answers the questions posed on this thread many times tonight. Why does he say no comment? These are BASIC questions of a company. Hi, my name is xxx company.. I have xxx shares. I plan to issue xxx more shares in the near future. I have issued xxx shares in the past for events A, B, and C. All these people on the thread who do good DD.. and Ira wont answer these simple questions. Thats why you have the fallout of the past week.

Like someone said earlier.. answer the damn questions Ira.. if it is BAD news so be it, the short term will be a sunken price but from there, you can start with a clean plate.

Now he will be gone for his road show and everyone who is a shareholder is left in limbo for the next few days... and more importantly anyone new who wants to become a shareholder (who the stock depends on to actually go back up) will not buy because they wont have answers.

The list of questions tonight was excellent.. someone emailed them to Ira. I dont have the post in front of me, but it was the list asking for how many shares are out there, how many shares does the business plan envision being issued in the near future, and an explanation of all shares issued since 1/1/1998. If Ira would just answer those questions in black and white, you would have 150% less tension and unease.

I think that is all 80% of the people on the thread want answered, and then with that answered they are willing to give Ira benefit of the doubt to grow the company. But he refuses so now people are left to pull out their hair.

And its funny that will all the excellent people on this thread, that no one can find these basic answers. Wonder why? Someone aint given out the answers... so everyone here is left to frustration and bickering. Good policy Ira.
