CLST - a good trading play if it doesn't gap up too much:

CellStar Corp. (CLST): Insiders' Research Wire said it incorrectly identified a division head of the wireless phone distributor as the company chairman in a report yesterday titled ''Chairman Sells Shares.'' Division head Hong An Hsien was the seller, selling about 4 percent of his stake in the company for personal financial reasons, CellStar said. Chairman Alan Goldfield didn't sell any shares, the company said. Sands Brothers & Co. analyst Seth Potter reiterated his ''buy'' rating on the company with a $50 price target, and said the stock would quickly rebound, as its fundamentals remain unchanged. Cellstar fell 4 7/32 to 25 7/8.
